Robert Hanson, by his petition, sets forth that he is seized in fee of a tract
of land lying at Portobacco in Charles County, called Corkers Hogghole,
and one other tract of land called Habberdeventure, and part of one other tract
of land called Bettys Delight, all lying contiguous to each other, some of
the bounds thereof being decayed, he therefore asks for a Commission to examine
such witnesses as shall be offered, touching the bounds of each tract, in order
to perpetuate the same. Ordered that Commission issue, returnable here, to Thomas
Stone, William Eilbeck, Matthew Stone and Richard Gambra, Gent, to examine
